“The front desk and breakfast staff were very kind and helpful. The person who cleaned our room tossed fresh towels on the back of our toilet, left an empty trashcan on a table for us, I guess to empty our own trash, and didn’t replenish our coffee supplies. The front desk was closed from 10p to 6a so I couldn’t request more supplies. It seemed more like an Airbnb situation where you need to clean yourself and try to find your own coffee. Spending over $200 a night was too pricey for that...

“Beautiful views and very, very quiet! It was close enough to Joseph that it was easy to go to dinner, and we even cooked on the stove a few times! Host and his son were very helpful and yet didn't interfere with our stay! Super helpful hosts and quiet beauty made it the perfect getaway! Thanks Grady!!”

“This a cozy tent next to a horse pasture. You have a stunning view of the Wallowas in the morning and evening. It is clean and warm, with a hot shower. This is the perfect place to stay after some lovely long hikes. Close to town but yet secluded. I have stayed here before and I hope to do so again in the future. The hosts are welcoming, kind, and always ready to help.”

“missed having a table. like a dinning table. we used the small coffee table to put our puzzle together when it rained one day. did not realize it was that close to the horses, but they were not a problem. did not start the dishwasher as the power was not on when we left.”

“This condo was a perfect fit for my family of four. We didn't use the kitchen much but it was nice to have. It's close to downtown Joseph and tontje lake. We enjoyed our stay.”

“I usually camp at the campground. This was such a treat to stay indoors. The accommodations were great and plenty. Lots of fans and air conditioning! Extra blankets if needed. Board games and snacks/treats! I felt well accomodated.”

“Was quaint and unique. (I'm 72 so the "romantic" part was kinda lost on me) Would urge folks to read carefully the the payment and charge schedule. Don't miss the rather large damage deposit that is due after the cancellation time is expired. (At the submission of this review, I am trusting it will be refunded as advertised) I also found it off putting to be charged an additional "cleaning fee" and then told in the "rules for the Bunkhouse" book that it was our duty to strip the bed and to...

“Place was well stocked, clean and convenient to town. Really enjoyed the infrared sauna after long hikes in wallowas. Kitchen well stock and laundry was a plus with wet weather. Views from windows were excellent as well! Would book again.”
